五德普蓝，五德的意义

The word "WOOD PLAN " is translated into Chinese as meaning five virtues. 

 

一、 对员工：仁德 · 共享     To employees: benevolence and sharing

Definition: The company treats its supply chain and partners with morality and integrity. Abide by the spirit of the contract, help partners grow through fair benefit-sharing mechanisms (such as rebates, collaborative innovation), build an industrial ecosystem of "risk sharing, benefit sharing", and pursue a long-term virtuous cycle of symbiosis and mutual prosperity.
